1. Kindly send us all correspondence via email including documents in ADOBE PDF, WORD or JPEG formats (try to reduce the attachments to 500 KB per email).
2. Only send by airmail or courier the original documents such as POA, Certificate of registration, Declarations, Extracts of Commercial Register or any documents which we require in original or hard copy form (we normally specify).
3. Do not therefore mail or courier us confirmation copies of your letters/emails/faxes.
4. You may send faxes to us if your office policy does not allow email communications.
